1. Digital Products
Civopilot sells downloadable digital products, including spreadsheets, templates, and related files. No physical products are shipped.
Before purchasing, please review the product description, screenshots, included files, and software requirements. If you have questions, contact care@civopilot.com.
2. Our Refund Policy
We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for change of mind after digital files have been delivered or made available for download.
This includes deciding that you no longer need the product or preferring a different design or format where the product matches its description.
This restriction does not override applicable consumer rights, Paddle’s refund policy, or any additional refund promise expressly stated on the product page.
3. Missing Files or Product Problems
If you cannot download your purchase, receive the wrong files, or find that a product is faulty or materially different from its description, contact care@civopilot.com.
Please include your order reference, purchase email address, and a description of the problem. Screenshots may help us investigate.
We will review the issue and help restore access or provide corrected files where appropriate. Any entitlement to a refund or other remedy under applicable law or Paddle’s policies remains unaffected.
An expired download link does not require a new purchase. Contact us so we can verify your order and help restore access.
4. Payment Processing
We are currently setting up our payment processing arrangements. The applicable payment provider's terms and policies will be presented during checkout where relevant.
Once our payment processing setup is finalised, this policy will be updated to reflect the applicable payment provider and its terms.
5. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes any refund, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
Receiving or downloading a digital product does not, by itself, remove all consumer rights. Any loss of an applicable withdrawal right depends on the legal requirements being met, including any required consent and acknowledgement.
